What’s in a TBC Building Package
One yard, one quote, one delivery.
Every TBC building package ships as a complete materials bundle — engineered trusses, R-Panel or AG Panel metal roofing and siding, treated 6×6 CCA posts, dimensional SPF or Yellow Pine #1 lumber, color-matched trim, and the fasteners and accessories that finish the job.
Each kit is engineered to your site’s snow, wind, and seismic loads — not a generic spec that might not pass inspection in your county. Made in our South Boston shop. Drawn by our in-house engineers. Delivered on our trucks.
